Anti aging tips

Skin free from wrinkles and dark spots is a dream desire of most women. We cannot Run away from aging but we can trysome natural things /habits to delay aging signs and maintain
youthfulness of skin. We have to have a rather
disciplined lifestyle. We may try to
 stop smoking and avoid alcohol
consumption or at least limit it to
bare minimum.
Drink 8- 10 glasses of water
Adopt a health diet include
green and leafy vegetables and
fruits. Health should always be first priority
Take brisk morning walk
Do yoga that suits you
be open to new possibilities
keep yourself busy in some
activity that you may like and
which suit you.
Don't run after money -be
honest and keep love ahead of
money.
Be happy and try to make others
happy too. Laugh by your
attitude and behaviour
Try to be stress and anxiety free.
Get atleast 6 hours of sleep daily,
8 hours is better.

natural. You do not have t to spend
any additional money and there are
no side effects
